And there is more good news: We have been approved for a matching grant of $2,000!
We raise $1,000 through fundraising and we get that doubled to become $2,000!
We had applied for this grant before the Sola5 adoption auction, hoping that we would receive a matching grant. So the $680 has been held to be sent to Brittany's Hope Foundation!
That means that if you won or donated in anyway to the Sola5 Auction, you are having your donation toward our adoption DOUBLED!
Thank you all tremendously! It is exciting to watch God provide for these two children to come into our home as son and daughter!
Also, we have paid down $4,500 more! You can click our "The Money" tab to see where we are in the funding process. The thermometer will show how much further we have to go! We are close to having the adoption fees paid, and will soon be onto raising funds to travel.
The $680 is not yet applied to the thermometer. So the thermometer will rise even more when we receive the grant!
