Thank you to those who duked it out to the end to win, giving us this great encouragement as we raise finances to bring Zephan and Phoebe into our family!

Auctions are so much fun. It was exciting to see the donations, to read the interesting code names of the bidders, and to watch the thermometer rise to the goal amount of $500 and then go above to over $600! This is all so encouraging to us as friends, and those whom we don't even know, love orphans, and love our family and want to give to see Zephan and Phoebe home!

Adoption Process update:

Our dossier is close to completion!
A dossier is a collection of documents, in this case about our family, for adoption. It includes our home study, background clearances, medical reports, birth certificates, so many documents. We are waiting on just a few things, then the whole pile will get apostilled and then sent to our children's country for translation and review. 

Then we can get an official "referral" and travel to for our first trip! We are estimating that we will be meeting Zephan and Phoebe in October!
